Graduate Trainee Programs
This is focused specifically on providing support to graduate trainees whilst they are undergoing their graduate training programs. This is usually a combination of workshops, providing the graduates with tools and tips on how to thrive in their new work environment, and one to one coaching sessions (usually delivered a couple of months after the initial training has been delivered).
